Asia’s first asset-backed destination club will offer a limited number of new members a trial membership to use their portfolio of luxury vacation villas.
New members will be able to access 14 nights of the club’s vacation properties throughout the year and upgrade at the end of the year if they elect to do so.
Banyan Tree Private Collection, an asset-backed destination club based in Asia, is now offering a One-Year Trial Membership to a limited number of new members.
Trial members will be able to use 14 nights of usage at select Banyan Tree Private Collection residences for $12,000. Members will be able to access the following Banyan Tree Private Collection properties:

• Provence, France - Private 4 Bedroom Villa with Swimming Pool
During their stay, Banyan Tree Private Collection members will also be assigned a villa host who helps with your daily activities and needs in addition to complimentary return airport transfers. Other Banyan Tree Private Collection benefits include:
• 30% off rack rates for additional high season stays*
• 50% off rack rates for additional low season stays*
• 20% off all food and beverage costs at Banyan Tree Resorts
• 20% off a-la-carte spa menu at Banyan Tree Spa
• 15% off purchases at selected Banyan Tree Galleries
• 20% off green fees at Banyan Tree Phuket and Banyan Tree Bintan
*Not applicable for Presidential Villas
Trial members will not be able to renew their trial membership after it expires but will have the opportunity to upgrade to any of the other Banyan Tree Private Collection membership offers before the end of their year. Members who elect to upgrade will have their $12,000 applied to the prevailing prices at the time of the upgrade. Other terms and conditions include:
• All 14 nights must be consumed within 12 months of the member’s joining date
• Members may divide their usage into split weeks of four nights and three nights, provided that only one of the two includes a weekend
• Designated peak periods of Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Easter Week, or Chinese New Year Week may not be reserved by Trial Members.
